Our continental breakfast is served either in our sun-filled dining room or can be taken outdoors on our porch. The Governor Shulze breakfast service is set for 9:00am.
Please let us know before your arrival if you have any special dietary needs so that we can accommodate you as much as possible. Special arrangements can also be made for an earlier breakfast if needed. |
The Eck SuiteThis spacious romantic two room suite has a queen size bed, private bath, VCR, sitting area and corner Jacuzzi. Perfect for honeymoons and anniverseries. The Eck Suite was named after the three girls of the family (Charlotte, Helena, and Mable) who never married and occupied these two rooms while they helped with the farming and taught school. There used to be two separate rooms. Charlotte, the oldest of the three girls, quite school after tenth grade to help at home until her mother died, then took over the Eck household. Helena and Mable, occupied the other room. Neither ever married and both became teachers in the Williamsport School District. Room Rate - $120.00 |

The Drayton RoomThis large room has a queen size antique bed, along with a day bed and private bath with shower. The Drayton Room was named after a great lady named Jane Drayton, who gave so much history of this house. When this house was purchased in 1994, Jane came walking down the back driveway wearing her gardening dress and had a spade shovel in her hand. She introduced herself as the oldest daughter of Walter and Sarah Eck, who used to live here and farm this land. Jane was 75 then, but would put most people that are in their fifties to shame with her ability to work and her quick witted humor. Jane lived next to Geseinger in the red brick house on Broad Street, and visited often while the house was being restored. She shared a lot of history and childhood stories, including a favorite of when she used to slide down the stair rail, only to get her "butt beat" at the bottom. Jane was so thrilled when the old house was being fixed up, that she gave us some of her keepsakes. Jane Drayton passed on in 2002.

Reservations, Deposits, Cancellations
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit for first night of your stay.
- Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted.
- Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation policy is different for busy times and special events.
